The annual GEM Conference was held October 12, 2012, at the Pontiac Bible Church (1611 W. Reynolds, Pontiac, IL) 7:45AM-3:15PM.  This is a free conference for those who live with or work with children ages 0-6.

Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) for medical and mental health providers was held on Thursday, March 22 & Friday, March 23, 2012.

The Livingston County Health Department’s Healthy Families program sponsored a free workshop from 9 AM to noon on Wed. April 4th in Pontiac for Child Abuse Prevention month.   Lauren Wiley conducted the training on infant mental health and the parent/child connection.

Parenting & Disability Exposition was held April 18 (5:30-8:00 PM) at Pontiac Township High School.
